TKOTG features an all-Louisiana cast - and we are
fortunate to have discovered tremendous talents tucked away in our little
towns. Wide ranging and smart, some work in the industry full-time, while
others are in school, and still others hold down real jobs.
Every single one of the actors featured in TKOTG
sacrificed personal time and opportunities to ride this out through a shooting
schedule that took twice the estimated number of days.
But friends let me tell you - every drop of blood, sweat and tears
went right into the energy and vitality of the story - and they pulled off an
extremely complicated and intricate story with their raw ambition and talent.
TKOTG is ambitious - but the payoff is a film you can watch again and again,
for the sheer craziness of the ride if nothing else.
It is just a strange night out.
